Solution |
When trying to search the System Quarantine email, no search is running as per the picture below.
Run the below command and do a search for the System Quarantine:
diagnose debug application qsearchd 65 diagnose debug application qsearchd enable diagnose debug application qsearchd display
Check if there is an error after running the command:
If yes, run the below command:
execute reload qsearchd
After running the 'execute reload qsearchd' command, test the search and the search should be working.
