Solution |
When receiving the quarantine report by email, the quarantine report only shows information for the details of the quarantine email. There is no action to release or delete the quarantine email.
To resolve this issue, enable the Web Release function in the Resource Profile.
The quarantine report should look as per the below example after the Web Release is enabled.
