Description	This article describes how to troubleshoot when a personal quarantine report does not show information for web actions to release or delete the quarantine email.
Scope	FortiMail, FortiMail Cloud.
Solution	When receiving the quarantine report by email, the quarantine report only shows information for the details of the quarantine email. There is no action to release or delete the quarantine email. To resolve this issue, enable the Web Release function in the Resource Profile. The quarantine report should look as per the below example after the Web Release is enabled.
