Solution	FortiMail system design ensures that, if memory usage exceeds 70% while making a report, a safety feature stops the process. This is done to avoid excess memory consumption, which could cause other problems. When this occurs, an error message will appear in the report saying: 'The report stopped due to the system using too much memory. The report does not cover the entire period.'     To address and resolve this issue, take the following steps: Generate reports after standard work hours to reduce system load and minimize memory concerns. If the problem persists, consider increasing the memory allocation for the Fortimail VM. This will accommodate larger memory needs during report generation and maintain optimal performance.
