Solution |
The issue: the domain administrator is unable to see the log menu in the admin GUI.
Check the admin profile: log view is enabled.
Check the System -> FortiGuard -> License Feature. History log access for domain-level administrator is greyed out. This means that the unit does not have an Advanced Management license.
To enable log access for the domain administrator, it is necessary to apply Advanced Management license. After applying Advanced Management license, History log access for domain-level administrator is enabled.
Result: After enabling history log access for the domain-level administrator, the domain administrator can view the log menu.
