Description	This article describes what to do if the upgrade button is missing after upgrading the firmware to FortiMail v7.0.X and higher.
Scope	FortiMail.
Solution	The upgrade button is missing from the FortiMail dashboard if not login to FortiMail using any admin account with built-in access-profile 'super_admin_profile'. In FortiMail v7.0.X and higher, certain system-level actions including firmware upgrade, shutdown, reboot, etc. are only available to the admin account with built-in access-profile 'super_admin_profile'. The upgrade button will appear if log in with the admin account with the built-in access-profile 'super_admin_profile.
