| Solution |
1) Go under Security -> URL Filter -> Exempt.
2) Put in the domain name to exempt from 'URL Click protection'. For Example : 'domainname.com*'.
3) Check under Security -> Disarm & Reconstruction -> URL.
4) Make sure the URL rewrite was on the category that matches the domain.
5) Test email using the other email domain to sent test incoming email.
6) Cross Search log before shows that https://mysapworkspace.DOMAINNAME.net has being exempt from the rule.
