| Solution |
User received a DSN email showing 'WARNING! You've used all of the disk quota of your Email Continuity mailbox.' as per example below.
This is because the Email Continuity feature is enabled in FortiMail. See this document: Configuring Licensed Features for more information. After enabling Email Continuity, FortiMail will temporarily keep the inbound emails copy and emails will be purged periodically. The log will show as per below when enabling the Email Continuity feature.
When the disk usage is over 90% or 100%, the recipient will receive the DSN for a shortened quota. The inbound email can still be relayed to the SMTP server without any issue if the disk quota for the Email Continuity mailbox is full.
For a workaround in this case, increase the Email Continuity disk quota or reduce the Email Continuity retention period. |
