Description This article describes how to verify if the released quarantined email was sent to recipient.
Scope all FortiMail version.
Solution

FortiMail: 

- Once the email is released go to Monitor -> Log -> AntiSpam.

- The log similar will be found like this. Select the session ID from the AntiSpam log.

- From the session ID, this log will be visible. Select the last row.

 

Released Quarantine.PNG

 

- From this log, it is possible to see that the email status is Sent by FortiMail.
