| Description | This article describes how to use ISDB on FortiMail. | 
| Scope | FortiMail Cloud, FortiMail v7.2, v7.4, and v7.6. | 
| Solution | 
 The Internet Service Database (ISDB) is an automatically updated collection of IP addresses and subnets used by popular services such as Microsoft 365 or 8x8, and many more. Information is regularly added to this database, such as geographic location, IP reputation, popularity & DNS, etc. 
 Starting from v7.2.x, FortiMail supports ISDB in the Access control policy, which can be used as the source: 
 
 Starting from v7.4.x, the ISDB will also be supported in the IP policy as the source. 
 
 Using ISDB will save time and effort compared to the process of creating the IP groups manually. 
 Use the following command to list ALL ISDB services: 
 diagnose internet-service owner <owner> Internet Service owner name 
 Use the following command to check the list of IP addresses and ports included in an ISDB service: 
 diagnose internet-service owner Proofpoint ...  |
