Technical Tip: How to safelist certain Sender IP addresses from Sender Reputation

Description	This article describes how to safelist certain Sender IP addresses from Sender Reputation. There is no safelist section for the Sender Reputation in the FortiMail so the below is the workaround.
Scope	FortiMail.
Solution	Create a new session profile and disable the sender reputation feature: Create a new IP policy for the specific sender IP addresses or use the IP group instead: Add the new session profile that has the sender reputation disabled to the new IP policy. Place the new IP Policy on top of all the existing policies. If the sender IP is matching to the new IP policy’s 'Source', then it will be matched to this IP policy and has no sender reputation for this sender IP.
