Technical Tip: How to notify the sender if the email is blocked by FortiMail

Description
This article describes how to notify the sender if the email is blocked by FortiMail.
Solution
1) In FortiMail GUI, go to Profile -> Notification -> Notification.
2) Create a new notification profile.
3) Enable 'sender' to send notification to sender and select 'OK' to save the configuration.

4) Go to the anti spam action profile: Profile -> Antispam -> Action.

5) Edit the anti spam action profile, enable the option 'Notify with profile' and select the new notification profile.

Result.
The FortiMail will send a notification email to the sender if the email is blocked by FortiMail.
