1) Enable logging in FortiAnalyzer Cloud as follows:
Navigate in FortiMail GUI, Log & Report -> Log Setting -> FortiAnalyzer Cloud.
In FortiAnalyzer Cloud menu, enable the option from 'Status' menu and select Apply.
Specify the 'Log level' and 'Logging Policy Configuration' in FortiMail.
To established the connection between FortiMail and FortiAnalyzer Cloud, FortiMail needs to have license registered with FortiCare.
1) Go to 'Device Manager' and authorize the FortiMail.
Once authorized by FortiAnalyzer Cloud, FortiMail logs in Log View will be visible.
To add FortiMail Serial Number in FortiAnalyzer Cloud:
Go to Device Manager - > Add Device.
2) Verify the connection in FortiMail:
Log & Report -> Log Setting -> FortiAnalyzer Cloud and select 'Test Connection' option.
3) Go to Log View to see the logs as follows:
