Technical Tip: How to configure a CDR Profile with action remove

Description	This article describes how to create a content profile with 'Content Disarm and Reconstruction', to remove URLs not required by the organization.
Scope	FortiMail 7.4.x.
Solution	Definition of the URL Filter: Go to Security -> URL Filter -> New URL Filter Profile: In this case 'Local-Security'. Definition Of the URL Filter profile under Disarm & Reconstruction: Go to Security -> Disarm & Reconstruction -> URL -> URL Removal -> Select the URL Filter (In this case Local-Security).                                                    Configuration of the Content Profile: Go to Profile -> Content -> New Content Profile. And define the Options for 'Content Disarm and Reconstruction' In this case 'Remove'.                                                                  Definition Of the Recipient policy: Policy -> Recipient Policy -> New – Select the content Profile:                                                                                                   Test the policy: Definition of the EMAIL an example of the categories with the action:                                                                  Result: Log: Email in the Mailbox of the end User.
