| Solution |
1) Check which notification profile is in use and note down the notification profile name. 2) Go to the notification profile: Profile -> Notification, edit the notification profile noted down in step 1, and check which email template is currently in use.
3) In this example, it is using the default email template. 4) Follow the steps in the screenshot below to find the default email template.
5) Edit the default template. 6) Change the 'From' and 'Envelope from' wanted.
7) Result as below.
