Solution |
1) Configure the FortiMail to use a specific FQDN (publicly resolvable) for HELO or EHLO during SMTP Greeting (as client) to prevent the Public IP being blacklisted. 2) Configure the FortiMail to use a specific FQDN for HELO or EHLO during SMTP Greeting (as client).
3) From the PCAP file, FortiMail used the configured FQDN for HELO or EHLO during SMTP Greeting (as client).
4) Make sure the FQDN configured in the FortiMail is publicly resolvable. |
