| Solution |
1) In the Fortimail Admin GUI, go to Profile -> Authentication -> SMTP to configure the SMTP authentication profile below:
2) Make to add the newly created SMTP Authentication profile to the inbound recipient policy.
3) Make sure the inbound recipient policy with the SMTP Authentication profile is on top for the user to match when he/she login to FortiMail Webmail. |
