| Solution |
1) Before configuring the disclaimer exclusion list, below is the current setting which has already enabled the disclaimer for all incoming emails.
2) As per the screenshot below, the disclaimer message is applied to the email.
3) For this example, the disclaimer exclusion list is configured to exclude all emails from the sender domain @external.com from the disclaimer.
4) Enable the option' Enable disclaimer exclusion list' to use the configured disclaimer exclusion list.
5) As per the screenshot below, the FortiMail does not apply the disclaimer message to the email. |
