| Solution |
1) In FortiMail Admin GUI, go to Domain & User -> Domain and edit the domain. 2) Select 'Other'.
3) Look for the option 'Automatically add new users to address book' and it is possible to choose to add the new users to the Domain/Global Address book.
4) For this example, FortiMail will be configuredto automatically add a new user to Domain Address Book.
5) Below is the existing domain address book.
6) New user 'address@kb.internal' will be added to see if it can be added automatically to Domain Address Book or not. 7) Now, it is possible to see the new user is successfully added to Domain Address Book. |
