Description	This article describes how to block email from a specific sender using FortiMail
Scope	FortiMail Cloud, FortiMail.
Solution	Navigate to Profile -> Group -> Email Group, create a new email group, and add the sender's email addresses to block. Navigate to Policy -> Access Control -> Receiving, create a new Access Control Rule, add the email group created in Step 1, and set the action to 'Reject'. The newly created Access-Control Policy must be placed in the policy table above the currently used policy. Otherwise, the new policy will not be triggered.
