Technical Tip: How to Load balance SMTP servers in FortiMail Gateway or Transparent mode

Description	This article describes how to configure two or more SMTP servers to load balance in FortiMail Gateway or Transparent mode.
Scope	FortiMail.
Solution	Configure IP Group in FortiMail. Go to Profile -> Group -> IP Group and add the SMTP server's IP Add the IP Group created in the Domain configuration. Go to Domain -> Domain, choose the current domain, or create a new domain, The relay type is IP Group and choose the IP Group profile created earlier. The FortiMail will load balance the connection among all SMTP servers configured in the IP Group.
