Solution

When an email is sent to user1@lab.lab, a copy of the email should also be forwarded to user3@lab.lab using a BCC action.

Step 1: Create a New Recipient Policy:

  • Navigate to the Recipient Policy section.
  • Select 'Create New Policy'.
  • Configure the policy to match the desired recipient address.
  • Example: Set the recipient as user1@lab.lab.

Step 2: Create a New Anti-Spam Profile:

  • Go to Profile -> Anti-Spam.
  • Select the '+ New' button to create a new profile.
  • In the scanning options, select Scan Option.
  • Apply the default action without a scan upon policy match.

Step 3: Configure BCC Action:

  • Enable Envelope From Address.
  • Set the envelope address to user1@lab.lab.
  • In the BCC Recipient field, set the address to user3@lab.lab.
