| Solution |
1) Obtain the trace log from GUI at System -> Utility -> Trace log.
2) Select under 'Download Trace Log...' and obtain a .log file as below:
3) If a such file is tried to be opened, it will be shown as encrypted.
4) It is possible to zip the file by only renaming it with the extension .zip and decompressing the file:
5) Decompressed file can be opened in Notepad and can be read:
