Scope	FortiMail
Solution	Heuristic scan in FortiMail uses a scoring technique based on the 5 factors below. Email Header Email Body Raw Body URI in Email Metadata Each of the factors above has its own score used to calculate the total score for an email. If the total score of the email equal to or exceeds the configured threshold, the FortiMail will mark the email as spam.
