In the FortiMail history log, it shows the email classifier as 'Policy Match-AntiSpam' and the Disposition as 'Reject'.
Check on the cross-search log shows an error message as per below:
This error means the email match with IP Policy with the action set to 'Reject'. Check on the history log to find the Policy ID that matches the log in the 'Policy ID' column. As per the example below, it matches with the IP Policy for ID 3.
