This article describes how to troubleshoot when a user cannot receive the user quarantine spam report.

Scope


FortiMail.

Solution

 

Make sure the spam email matches a Recipient Policy with antispam and the action is 'Personal Quarantine'.

 
Make sure the user quarantine report is enabled on dothe main level. Go to Domain & User -> Domain ->  Advanced Setting -> Quarantine Report Setting -> Report destination and then enable Original recipient.
 

 

 

If this message 'Spamreport' is displayed: skip user preference spam report disabled user <user account> in mail event log, go to Domain & User -> User -> User Preference -> Antispam Management and then enable Receive spam report.
