To verify if the FortiMail is performing the correct action, below steps need to be followed. Note: Access to domain quarantine is restricted to FortiMail units with a valid advanced management license.
Step 1: Configure the Final action for either AntiSpam, AntiVirus, or Content profile correctly pointed to the Domain Quarantine. Example: Configuration in AntiSpam final action.
Step 2: Assign the action configured in the profile. Example: The action is assigned to the Banned Word action.
Step 3: Configure new recipient policy or edit existing policy and assign the previously configured profile in the recipient policy, as example below.
