Technical Tip: Configure FortiMail to block email that contains undisclosed recipients using a content profile

Description	This article describes how to configure FortiMail to block any email that contains 'undisclosed-recipients' in the email header by using a content profile.
Scope	Any supported version of FortiMail.
Solution	Navigate to Configure Profile -> Dictionary -> Dictionary -> New... Provide a name for the dictionary profile. Under 'Dictionary Entries', select 'New...' Configure the 'Dictionary Entries' as below. Pattern: .*[Uu]ndisclosed.[Rr]ecipient.* Pattern type: Regex. Search header: Enable. Select 'OK' to save the configuration. Apply the dictionary profile created in the Content Profile -> Content Monitor and Filtering -> New... Choose the 'Action' depending on the requirement needed.  After selecting 'Create', the Dictionary Profile added will show in the 'Content Monitor and Filtering' section. Select 'OK' to save the Content Profile configuration.
