Solution |
To view logs to see whether an email has been delivered for a specific session-id on FortiMail, go to the FortiMail cross-search log on the Monitor menu.
In the following log collected in another scenario, the 'stat=Deferred' information is visible. After the status information, the reason why the email was not delivered (as provided by the external MTA) is displayed.
