When trying to access FortiMail Cloud User and access the FortiMail Cloud instance, it shows the below error:
This error is because the account that is trying to access is not declared under Administrator -> Cloud Administrator:
The issue is solved by using an 'admin' account to access FortiMail Cloud and then creating/adding a new admin user account. |
