Description	This article describes how to solve the error 'You dont have an administrator account. Please contact your cloud administrator' when trying to access to FortiMail Cloud instance.
Scope	FortiMail Cloud.
Solution	When trying to access FortiMail Cloud User and access the FortiMail Cloud instance, it shows the below error:  This error is because the account that is trying to access is not declared under Administrator -> Cloud Administrator: The issue is solved by using an 'admin' account to access FortiMail Cloud and then creating/adding a new admin user account.
