Description
This article explains how to add the two hyperlinks under Release link and Delete link in the Web actions section of the quarantine report email send from a FortiMail. From the configuration, it appears identical when compared with a FortiMail that has these links active.
Solution
1. Go to System -> Customization -> Custom Email Template and look for Quarantine summary.
2. Double click “default”
3. Click “Reset to Default” button on the bottom, and click ok to return to previous page. Note that if the quarantine report has been customized it is necessary to make a copy of the content as it will have to be restored later.
4. Repeat these steps for “default-with-icons”.
