When running the command 'diagnose autoupdate versions', it is possible to see that the result is 'connectivity failure' for some of the databases or definitions.
For example:
Malicious Certificate DB --------- Version: 1.00456 Contract Expiry Date: Sat Jul 20 2024 Last Updated using scheduled update on Mon Nov 20 17:06:09 2023 Last Update Attempt: Wed Nov 22 11:35:20 2023 Result: Connectivity failure Performing a debug update gives the error:
FGT # diagnose debug application update -1 <----- Debug messages will be on for 30 minutes. FGT # diagnose debug enable FGT # execute update-now
__upd_act_update[336]-Failed receiving update rsp
To stop the debug processes after using them, press Ctrl + C and enter 'diagnose debug disable'.
The solution is to restart the update process using the following command:
After that, run the update manually again and the database should be updated.
