Solution |
Be sure that the FortiGate can reach the Internet locally. Since there is no setting to specify which interface to use to reach the Internet, the FortiGate only relies on the routing table to route the automation stitch traffic to the Internet.
If there is no Internet connection from the FortiGate when pinging well-known public IP addresses, troubleshoot in that direction before coming back to the automation stitch troubleshooting.
Once the Internet connection is verified to be working:
When the automation stitch triggers again on the GUI:
It will be possible to see the notification on Teams, Slack, or any other webhook:
