Description This article explains why the expiry date is displayed as 19691231 in fortiguard-message info.

Solution

See the CLI output:

This expiry date is displayed on devices that have never registered a paid SMS license.
If SMS is used, check whether it is a free SMS credit provided when a FortiToken mobile license is purchased rather than an SMS license.
