Troubleshooting Tip: Web Filter is not showing nothing despite the URL is added to Exemption

Description	This article describes how to troubleshoot a Web Filter profile when a URL was added for an Exemption but it is not showing anything and use the developer tools of browsers in order to solve the issue.
Scope	FortiGate FortiOS 7.2.3.
Solution	If the Web Filter profile is already configured with the policy, and in the exemptions the URL desired has been added, it is recommended to use the Developer Tools of the browser in this case Google Chrome in order to know if the website research information like plug-ins scripts images or videos from other sites. Settings (3 dots) ->  More Tools -> Developer Tools -> Sources. Add the URLs to the exemptions on the WebFilter Profile and apply the changes. If the above does not help: Check if the URLs resolve to the IP address by using nslookup Create a new URL filter with that the IP address as an exemption in the same web filter profile
