| Solution |
In the attached image the status for port 1 and port 2 is shown as Unknown.
The interface status shows as 'UNKNOWN' in the SD-WAN Monitor because those interfaces are not referenced in any 'PERFORMANCE SLA' configuration.
To get the correct status of the interface, call the interface which are part of the SD-WAN in one of the performance SLA.
Once the interface is called in the performance SLA, the status of the interface changes to 'UP'.
