| Description | This article describes how to troubleshoot the issue with FortiGate HA unable to provision a token using the FortiToken Cloud with a 409 conflict error. |
| Scope | FortiGate, FortiIdentity Cloud (formerly FortiToken Cloud). |
| Solution |
Run the following debug commands:
diagnose fortitoken-cloud debug enable diagnose debug enable diagnose fortitoken-cloud show service
The debug logs display the following message:
"ftc server returns error code: 409 FG4H1FT92xxxxxx1 has a standalone FortiProduct Applications associated with it."
Log in to FortiIdentity Cloud Portal (www.fic.fortinet.com) and delete the associated FortiProducts Applications with the standalone FortiGate serial number.
After a few minutes, refresh the page, and both serial numbers will show up on the FortiIdentity Cloud Portal's cluster page without requiring any further action.
