Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to create a Web rating override entry

Description	This article describes a situation when it is impossible to create a web rating override entry.
Scope	FortiOS v7.
Solution	When trying to create a Web rating override entry FortiGate gives an error saying 'Cannot lookup rating as the Webfilter service is currently not running. Select a Webfilter profile in a firewall policy in order to start the service'. To create a web rating override entry it is necessary to have at least one active firewall policy where a web filter profile is being used. Once the web filter is applied in one of the firewall policies a Web Rating Override entry can then be created. The same error will be observed even when a Web Filter Profile has been applied to a firewall policy, but in this Web Filter Profile 'Fortiguard Category Based Filter' is disabled.
