This article describes when FortiAP is not showing up under Managed FortiAP's section in the FortiGate.

Solution |
- If FortiAP is already managed using old FortiGate and to manage it with new FortiGate, undeploy the FortiAP from the FortiLan cloud. - In the FortiLan Cloud, Go to the network that has the FortiAP to undeploy. - In Menu bar, select 'Access Points'. - In the Navigation pane, select 'Edit View'. - In the table, locate the FortiAP to undeploy. At the end of that row, select on the ;Actions tab; and select undeploy or select the Edit Configuration tab and select undeploy from Network. - Select 'Yes'. - Make sure Security Fabric Connection is enabled under Network -> Interfaces -> Select an interface ->Administrative access -> Security Fabric Connection.
Restart the FortiAP.
