Description

This article describes that in the Web GUI under Network -> SD-WAN -> SD-WAN Rules, view may Keep Loading on versions v7.4.2 and v7.4.3.
Scope

FortiGate v7.4.2 and v7.4.3

Solution

The issue may be caused by a bug detected in v7.4.2 and v7.4.3, where the FortiGate Web GUI is not correctly displaying the SD-WAN Rules, keeping them loading

To verify if the behavior matches this bug, open a Support Case Ticket and share the following output command in a .txt file:

diagnose debug crashlog read

If modifications need to be made to the SD-WAN Rules configuration, make the changes in the CLI instead.

See Technical Tip: How to change sequence of SD-WAN rules using CLI.

This is only a cosmetic issue and does not affect the functionality of the SD-WAN configured on the FortiGate. This issue is fixed in v7.4.4.

If further clarifications still need to be made, raise a ticket with support and attach the output of the commands below:

get sys stat

diag debug crashlog read
