| Solution |
Check the upgrade path from v7.0.16 to any patch using the upgrade path tool. The v7.0.16 M build version is specified as 7536.
Check if the Firmware version and the build number which is installed in the firewall are the same as above. If the build number is different, the behavior is expected, as it is a custom build number. Example: 7538
