Solution |
If FortiGate Cloud stops showing logs randomly on FortiGate version 7.2 or below, there may be no subscription for FortiGate Cloud.
Make sure FortiGate is upgraded to the latest firmware patch using the upgrade path outlined in Technical Tip: Security enforcement change for FortiGates provisioned to FortiGate Cloud without act....
After upgrading FortiGate, FortiGate Cloud logs should show up as expected.
