Troubleshooting Tip: Incorrect percentage of 'Files Uploaded Today' to Sandbox is displayed in FortiGate Cloud Dashboard Widget

Description	This article describes an issue where the 'Files Uploaded Today' percentage is incorrectly displayed in the FortiGate Cloud dashboard widget.
Scope	FortiGate v7.4.2, v7.4.3, v7.4.4, v7.6.0.
Solution	When FortiSandbox is set to the 'FortiGate Cloud' type, the 'Files uploaded today' section shows an incorrect percentage in the FortiGate Cloud dashboard widget. For the example below, the widget incorrectly displays 100% for 15/14400 files under Dashboard -> Status -> FortiGate Cloud. However, under System -> FortiGuard -> FortiGate Cloud Sandbox -> Files Uploaded Today, the percentage is correctly displayed as 0% for 15/14400. This issue has been resolved in the following versions: v7.4.8 (scheduled to be released in April; 2025). v7.6.1 (available to download from the Fortinet support portal). These timelines for firmware release are estimates and may be subject to change.
