| Solution |
When attempting to register with FortiCare, the error 'FortiCare: This product serial number has already been registered' can be encountered, as displayed in the screenshot.
In case the update is still pending, run the below command to check the issue.
diag debug application update -1
And to disable the debug below is the command:
diag debug disable
Verify that the registration was successful by navigating to System -> FortiGuard |
