Scope	FortiOS.
Solution	In this example, the 'Social Networking' category is set to Allow, but and x.com needs to be blocked. Solution 1: Create a URL filter to block x.com. Save the web filter profile and apply it to the policy. The blocked page will be shown on the test PC and x.com will be blocked by Local URL Block. Solution 2: Override x.com in a local category. The action of the local category is set to 'Block'. Save the web filter profile and apply it to the policy. The blocked page will be shown on the test PC and x.com will be blocked by a Local Category. Solution 3: Override x.com in a blocked category, 'Unrated'. Here, x.com is blocked by the Category 'Unrated' while the other social networking websites are allowed.
