| Solution |
When an FTP is enabled in the Antivirus Profile as below and also below the Firewall Policy on 'Proxy-based' inspection mode, the FTP desktop application is not accessible.
The solution for this problem is to change the inspection mode on Firewall Policy from 'Proxy-based', to 'Flow-based', as below. After this change, it will be possible to access the FTP desktop application.
