Troubleshooting Tip: 'FortiSwitch Ports' page not loading in FortiGate GUI

Description	This article describes how to resolve an issue where the 'FortiSwitch Ports' page does not load in the FortiGate GUI.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	Navigate to 'Wifi Controller' and select 'FortiSwitch Ports'. The 'FortiSwitch Ports' page does not load in the GUI. Try clearing the cache and cookies from the browser and test with a different browser. If the problem persists, see notes below. This issue causes high CPU usage, specifically due to the WAD process.
