Description
This article describes the basic steps for synchronizing FortiProxy when it shows un-sync.
Scope
FortiProxy 7.x.
Solution
On Primary and Secondary to change from primary to secondary unit <exe ha manage ? > enter secondary ID 1 or 0).
execute ha synchronize start <- Wait 10 minutes on the Primary and the same on the Secondary.
After, enter the following command:
diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate
A reboot for the secondary and the primary may be needed after.
diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate
get system status
get system ha
get system ha status
diag sys ha status
