Description

This article describes how to resolve an issue where FortiGate does not sync the Wi-Fi map to the secondary unit in the HA cluster.

Solution

Scenario:

When the HA Reserved Management Interface is set up in the FortiGate HA cluster, the customer is able to access the FortiGate primary and secondary GUIs via different IP addresses.
If the customer uploads the Wi-Fi map to the master, only the related config below will sync to the secondary unit:

config wireless-controller region

edit "Level-X"

set grayscale enable

set opacity 40

end

config wireless-controller wtp

edit "FP423E3X16000320"

set region "Level-X"

set region-x "0.660498"

set region-y "0.442825"

end

The customer will not see the Wi-Fi map after logging in to the slave.

Solution:

The customer needs to upload the WiFi map to the slave individually.
