To resolve this issue, it is necessary to enable multicast routing on the device by configuring the necessary settings. This typically involves enabling the multicast routing options as shown below.

 

FGT # config router multicast

FGT (multicast) # set multicast-routing enable

FGT # get router info multicast igmp groups

 

Open a TAC ticket with relevant information to initiate a further investigation if there are still difficulties.
