Solution

To troubleshoot the issue of FortiGate SD-WAN Performance SLA not being available (as shown below), follow the subsequent steps:

  1. Check the FortiManager version and ensure it is compatible with the FortiPortal version. In this case, the FortiManager version is v7.4.7 and the FortiPortal version is v7.4.6.
  2. Verify that the SD-WAN monitoring is enabled on the FortiManager. Navigate to SD-WAN -> Monitoring -> Devices and check if the device list is populated with the correct information.
  3. Check the FortiGate configuration and ensure that the SD-WAN health check is configured correctly. Navigate to FortiGate -> SD-WAN -> Health Check and verify that the health check is enabled and configured correctly.
  4. Verify that the FortiGate is sending the SD-WAN performance data to the FortiManager. Navigate to FortiGate -> SD-WAN -> Monitoring and check if the performance data is being sent to FortiManager.
  5. If the issue persists, try to replicate the issue in a lab environment to isolate the cause of the problem.
